Land Allocations and Preliminary Allocations

ABOUT LAND PRE-ALLOCATION / ALLOCATION PROCEDURES

Information regarding the areas to be pre-allocated/allocated is provided below:

1. Within the principles determined by Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone, preliminary allocation procedures will be carried out for land parcels ranging from a total of 5,000.00 m² to 2,000,000.00 m² in new expansion areas.


2. 2. Within the principles determined by Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone, allocation procedures will be carried out for land parcels ranging from 5,000.00 m² to 38,000.00 m².


3. 3. Land allocation unit prices are stated below:
   
   40% down payment, remaining balance with 6-month term: 9,000.00 TL/m²
   10% down payment, remaining balance with 12-month term: 10,500.00 TL/m²
   10% down payment, remaining balance with 24-month term: 11,800.00 TL/m²
   10% down payment, remaining balance with 36-month term: 13,600.00 TL/m²
