ISO 9001 QMS Policy

Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone Regional Directorate, in accordance with national and international standards, laws, regulations and legislative requirements, undertakes to:

• Support regional and national development in a manner responsive to the needs of society and the economy,
• Support strategic objectives and targets in line with the purpose and context of the institution,
• Continuously improve the QMS through competent personnel who adopt the understanding of providing all types of infrastructure and support services to our participants quickly, completely, on time and at the highest level of quality, while interacting with all our stakeholders, maximizing stakeholder satisfaction and adhering to the principles of impartiality and reliability,
• Set an example through our understanding of quality and corporate responsibility.

ISO 14001 EMS Policy

Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone Regional Directorate, in accordance with national and international standards, laws, regulations and legislative requirements, undertakes to:

• Comply with applicable legal and other obligations,
• Use natural resources in the most efficient way,
• Reduce waste at its source,
• Provide training to all our employees on environmental protection in order to increase awareness of environmental responsibility,
• Prevent environmental pollution in line with technological capabilities,
• Establish environmental objectives and targets, continuously monitor and improve them,
• Manage and reduce the environmental impacts arising from our business activities and continuously improve our environmental performance.

ISO 45001 OHS Policy

Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone Regional Directorate, in accordance with national and international standards, laws, regulations and legislative requirements, undertakes to:

• Fulfill legal and other requirements while carrying out our activities,
• Carry out activities to increase employees' OHS awareness and sensitivity and ensure the participation of employee representatives in OHS practices,
• Organize training activities to create and develop Occupational Health and Safety awareness,
• Create the most appropriate OHS environment by giving maximum importance to occupational safety while carrying out our activities and continuously improve it,
• Eliminate hazards and use the best technologies to reduce OHS risks,
• Analyze and minimize health and safety risks that may arise in the working environment and prevent ill health and injuries,
• Adopt the goal of minimizing occupational accidents and diseases, monitor and improve our occupational health and safety performance, and increase our efficiency by taking the necessary measures.

ISO 50001 EnMS Policy

We provide infrastructure and superstructure services in order to support the development of industry in our Zone and create common solutions for our participants that provide both environmental and economic benefits.
While carrying out our activities, we take the following matters into consideration in a manner appropriate to our energy use, energy consumption profile and scale;

• Comply with applicable legal requirements and other conditions, reduce our energy costs by adapting existing successful practices and energy-efficient, low-operating-cost technologies, minimize waste and conserve energy resources,
• Provide the information and resources necessary to achieve our defined objectives and targets,
• Train our personnel and stakeholders on energy saving and efficiency and encourage habits of efficient energy use,
• Follow technological developments and innovations, encourage the purchase of energy-efficient products and services, and support design activities that consider improvement of energy performance,
• As the Regional Directorate, continuously improve the Energy Management System and Energy Performance by using energy effectively.
