BALOSB Control and Monitoring Center

Within the total 831-hectare area under BALOSB's responsibility, security teams are assigned at various BALOSB facilities including the Regional Directorate Service Building, Energy Affairs Directorate (Transformer) Building, Civil Works Directorate Building, Control and Monitoring Center (KİM) Building and Customs Directorate, as well as at five security gates providing entry to and exit from the BALOSB site and in one patrol vehicle.

A total of 29 personnel work at nine separate security points in three 8-hour shifts to ensure the safety of life and property throughout the zone.

The Balıkesir OIZ site is monitored 24/7 from the Control and Monitoring Center (KİM) building using a total of 95 cameras.
